Like a lot of dog owners, my wife and I were constantly annoyed with bag holders that never gave a clean rip. And when she got pregnant, we knew walking the dogs was only going to get tougher. We started looking for something—anything—that would make the walk easier, mainly a one-handed ripper that could double as a holder.

We tried every option out there. Some were nice, but none of them gave that smooth, one-handed tear we were hoping for. So we decided to make our own. After a bunch of trials, mistakes, and prototypes, RipRoll was born, a simple little mechanism that fits into most roll holders and finally gives you that perfect, one-handed rip.
